The MidAtlantic Food + Wine Feast brings chefs and winemakers together from North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, the Pacific, and Australia. All right here over four shimmering days in February, 2012. Call it a MidWinter’s Night Dream.  A dream filled with warmth, sumptuous dining, extraordinary wine and the fellowship of gastronauts, wine aficionados, budding foodies and oenophiles.

Their approach to food and wine is simple: only the best.

More unobtainable 100-point wines than you’ve likely seen in one place at the same time. A world-class wine auction to kick-start your collection or round-out your cellar. FOX TV’s Master Chef, Delaware’s own Jennifer Behm, on the demonstration stage. Rollicking parties where you will swirl with the stars. You can expect wildly creative meals that take your taste buds to new frontiers. The organizers would share the menu with you, but honestly they don’t yet know what the chefs will prepare. And therein lies the fun. The creative atmosphere that will result when world-class chefs gather in magnificent kitchens to compare notes and recipes in real time, select the finest local ingredients and bring their talent and experience to bear…..well, the menu can only be imagined.

And the wine? They have been working on it for years. Or more specifically, some of the world’s finest winemakers have been working on hillsides, in fields and in cellars the world over to plan, plant, tend, blend, and bottle the wines they will open for attendees again and again. The winemakers will collaborate with the chefs to plan pairings that ensure one plus one most certainly equals more than two.
