A Wine and Food Pairing Journey with Some of America’s Top Wineries

On Monday nights, The International Culinary Center’s California campus hosts its newest recreational classes, a Food and Wine Pairing Series composed of wine seminars, and tutored tasting dinners.
Enter The International Culinary Center’s million-dollar Wine Theater for a wine lecture and tasting of four wines taught by Master Sommelier Roland Micu. After the seminar, proceed to the Monte Bello, The International Culinary Center’s private dining room for a three-course dinner prepared by culinary arts students. Each course will be paired with an appropriate wine and Roland will guide you through the reasons why.
