BRIX RESTAURANT ANNOUNCES THANKSGIVING DINNER MENU

Brix (www.brix.com) will be serving a special three-course prix fix ($65.00) Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday November 22, 2012. The Thanksgiving menu will be served from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Their menu is complete with Thanksgiving classics and ingredients straight from the Brix gardens with an optional wine flight for $35.00.

DETAILS:
Executive Chef, Chris Jones, has created a Thanksgiving menu full of ingredients fresh from Brix’s own gardens to be served on Thursday November 22, 2012. Starters include a Roasted Chestnut Soup and Heirloom Apple, Endive & Pomegranate Salad with main courses including items like a Roasted Heritage Turkey Breast & Leg Confit and Fall Vegetable Pot Pie. Fall classics like Pumpkin Cheesecake and Heirloom Apple-Tart Tatin will be featured on the dessert menu. The full menu can be viewed online.
Reservations will be accepted between the hours of 2:00pm and 8:00pm on Thanksgiving Day, and last minute walk-ins will try to be accommodated.
Brix will also be open Thanksgiving weekend Friday November 23 and Saturday November 24 from 11:30am-9:30pm, and Sunday November 25 for Brunch starting at 10:00am, closing at the end of dinner service at 9:00pm.
