In 1921, Paolo Scavino had a vision to only bottle the very best expression of Nebbiolo in the Barolo area. In 1978 Enrico Scavino, Paolo’s son continued this vision by producing single vynd bottlings. Today Paolo Scavino is a winery synonymous with exceptional quality.
Restaurant 1833 is thrilled to present a warm winter feast celebrating the 90th anniversary Paolo Scavino: a four course tasting menu shaped to enhance the four single vineyard Barolos served en magnum and hosted by special guest Elisa Scavino.
