Sweet Offerings at Tout Sweet
3-course seasonal dessert menu to be paired with local artisanal wine and beer
Yigit Pura – chef and owner of Tout Sweet Pâtisserie – announced today that beginning Thursday, February 14 (Valentine’s Day), he will be offering Tastings@Tout Sweet – a 3-course dessert menu featuring a rotating selection of seasonal offerings, each paired with local artisanal wine and beer. Tastings@Tout Sweet will take place from 7 – 8:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month (see below for dates). The cost is $55 per person and includes a takeaway gift at the end of the evening. “I’m really excited to marry my experience in fine dining and creating plated desserts with everything that is Tout Sweet,” says Pura. “For our first three tastings my staff and I will be creating a tasting menu revolving around my tasting menu on ‘Top Chef Just Desserts,’ but with a fun twist using the best ingredients from local farmers. I’m really looking forward to launching our tastings, and we hope to create something very special for everyone who attends.”

Yigit Oura is also proud to unveil his new line of wedding cakes. Using the freshest and most flavorful ingredients, Tout Sweet’s wedding cakes are created as a delicious complement to the most extravagant or modest wedding celebrations.
“The wedding cake is a central part of any wedding celebration,” says Pura. “I love creating truly unique wedding cakes because it allows me to dabble in architecture, almost creating a skyscraper which becomes the focal point of the room. This – combined with creating flavor profiles which are distinctive to each couple – allows for creating something truly special each time. I’ve never made the same wedding cake twice! It’s my goal to make ensure that both the cake and the event will be remembered by all”
Tout Sweet wedding cakes are created through an interactive collaboration between Pura and the couple. A consultation with Pura will be arranged where couples sample a variety of gourmet cake flavors, fillings and frosting options to create the perfect, one-of-a-kind wedding cake. Pura and the couple will work together to decide on the architectural style, the exterior and the type of wedding cake and filling. For a more non-traditional cake, couples can indulge in a unique croquembouche (traditional French cream puff dessert) ranging from two to eight feet.
For couples with a more modest budget, Tout Sweet offers a range of affordable options. Couples can chose from one of Tout Sweet’s signature wedding cakes which feature simple, elegant design, but are as every bit delicious. Made with the same quality and care as Tout Sweet’s custom cakes, couples can chose from one of Tout Sweet’s signature wedding cakes featuring a traditional-style vanilla genoise or chocolate cake and adorned with seasonal flowers or classic décor. Classic wedding cakes are available in several sizes, feeding anywhere from 20-100 servings.
In addition to wedding cakes, Tout Sweet offers unique and customized favors that will delight guests and make any wedding a sweet success. Perfect for weddings, as well as bridal showers, favor options include:
▪ French macarons – Available in a variety of flavor and color combinations, Pura will work with you to create the perfect treat to match or complement the color scheme and décor of your wedding.
▪ Marshmallows – Sublimely soft and uniquely flavored, these artisanal, handmade treats will absolutely delight your guests. Available in a variety of flavors, including Tahitian Vanilla Bean and Toasted Coconut and Rum, marshmallows come packaged in a high quality cellophane bag and tied off with a satin ribbon.
▪ Pâte de Fruit – Bursting with flavor, these French-style jellies are handmade using real fruit from local farmers’ markets and coated with sprinkled sugar. Flavors include Raspberry-Fig Balsamic, Strawberry-Orange-Cardamom and Yuzu-Meyer Lemon-Passion Fruit.
