Enotria Chef Pajo Bruich Launches Guest Chef Series on February 6 Partnering with Top Bay Area Chefs
Executive Chef Pajo Bruich is thrilled to announce the details for the first Guest Chef Dinner at Enotria restaurant with one of San Francisco’s most talented young chefs, Mark Liberman, chef and co-owner of AQ restaurant. The dinner will be held at Enotria Restaurant and WineBar in Sacramento, Mark’s hometown, on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 and will mark the first of a yearlong series with top Bay Area chefs. Bruich will team up with talented guest chefs to create coursed tasting menus that celebrate Sacramento and its rising culinary culture. The menus will showcase each guest chef’s talents with collaborative creations and optional wine pairings.
Upcoming guest chefs will include Michelin two-starred Dominique Crenn of San Francisco’s Atelier Crenn; Michelin-starred Matthew Accarrino of SPQR in San Francisco; Duncan Holmes of Sons & Daughters; Michelin-starred Aaron London, formerly of Ubuntu in Napa; Alex Talbot of Ideas in Food; and Michelin-starred Joey Elenterio, formerly of Chez TJ in Mountain View.
