Pizzando’s Global Snack Shack Livens Up Late Nights in Healdsburg
Finally, a way to keep the party going in the later hour. Healdsburg locals and visitors will go hungry no more with the launch of Pizzando’s “Global Snack Shack” menu—executive chef Louis Maldonado and chef de cuisine Ben Davies’ casual take on the after-hours scene. Kicking off on May 4, from 10:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m., Pizzando’s “Global Snack Shack” menu will be available in the dining room’s lively setting, every Saturday evening in May.
The menu will include late night “global” comforts and old school throwbacks including Fried polenta fingers, scallions, bone marrow + cranberry bean stew; Crispy chicken +jalapeño vinegar; Tomato, basil, mozzarella, pepperoni pizza; Crispy sweetbread + short rib tacos with radishes, cabbage, spicy crema + lime and Baked stromboli, house made hot dog + mustard. For those craving something sweet, the chefs will whip up Fried ice cream, Fresh-baked cookies, and Popsicles (lime, fudge or passion fruit.)
