Top of the Mark Launches “Summer Libation Staycation”

 

Can’t get away from the office for a tropical vacation this summer? Escape to Top of the Mark at the 19th floor of the InterContinental Mark Hopkins to partake in the “Summer Libation Staycation.” Guests can enjoy specialty cocktails ($13 each), appetizers ($16 each), and desserts ($9 each), themed by a different exotic InterContinental resort each month. On Sunday and Monday nights, guests of Top of the Mark will be entered to win a 3-night stay at participating properties, in addition to a $300 travel voucher.* Themed months and special offerings are as follows:

June – Bali

June’s featured hotel is the InterContinental Bali Resort, which is secluded within the boundaries of exclusive Jimbaran Bay, on Indonesia’s southern coast. This 418-room hotel resort was designed to blend modern convenience with traditional Balinese architecture and created to cater to the needs of couples, families, and business travelers alike.   • Sate Babi Resep: Kurobuta pork satay, rice cake & sweet soy sauce

Cocktails of the Month –

July – Puerto Rico

This month’s imbibers will be entered to win a stay at the InterContinental San Juan Resort & Casino, located on two miles of the best beach in San Juan. August – Cozumel

August’s grand prize winners will head to the Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort & Spa, with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and its crystalline water. This property is an intimate, elegant destination on the beautiful island of Cozumel, set on half mile of white, sandy beach, and surrounded by green vegetation. Winners of the 3-night stay and $300 travel voucher will be notified on September 1, 2013. This month’s featured menu is as follows:

  • Tostadas de Camaron: rock shrimp, crispy corn tortilla, avocado, and Pico de Gallo
