Olive Curing at B.R. Cohn Winery w Don Landis – September 29

B.R. Cohn Winery (www.brcohn.com) is thrilled to kick off the Sonoma Valley olive season with a home curing olive workshop featuring the talents of olive expert Don Landis (www.donsolives.com) on Sunday, September 29 from 11am to 1pm. Don will talk about the history of the olive in California and a thorough description of the Greek style of olive curing with no lye. An olive tasting and discounts on select BR Cohn gourmet food products will be offered to all participants. Reservations are required for this rain or shine workshop and can be made by calling (800) 330-4064 Ext. 124. The cost of this event is $20 per person, $15 for wine club members.

The tasting room will also offer a complementary wine tasting with the purchase of a ticket to the 27th Annual B.R. Cohn Charity Events Fall Music Festival featuring Heart, Bad Company, Doobie Brothers, Gin Blossoms and others. The popular 4-day event is scheduled for September 20-23, 2013.
