In celebration of International Women’s Day on Saturday, March 8, Waterbar restaurant will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale of their popular dessert, the chocolate pot de crème, to The Women’s Building in San Francisco, one of the first women-owned community centers.  Composed of a rainbow of chocolate, the pot de crème offers a bittersweet chocolate layer, dark chocolate pot de crème, milk chocolate mousse and cocoa nib cream topped with a cocoa nib praline.

Waterbar’s acclaimed dessert program is crafted by the dynamic female duo of Executive Pastry Chef Emily Luchetti and Angela Salvatore.  Widely acclaimed for her pastry prowess, Luchetti is now stepping out on the international scene in honor of women’s causes, as just this week she is attending Oxfam 2014 International Women’s Day Summit in Washington DC.  Waterbar’s donation to The Women’s Building will look to build on this momentum and focus on women’s causes.

Make your reservations now by calling (415) 284-9922 or at OpenTable. Waterbar is located at 399 The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94105
