Italian Wine Harvest Dinner on November 5 at Poggio Trattoria

Poggio Trattoria is excited to announce their Italian Wine Harvest Dinner on Wednesday, November 5 at 6:30 p.m.  Chef Benjamin Balesteri recently returned from Sardinia with wine expert Romano Chietti from Sienna Imports. The pair has worked together to create a delicious four-course menu paired beautiful with wines chosen by Chietti. A limited number of tickets will be available for $85 including tax and gratuity.

PRIMI:
couscous frutti de mare with mussels, clams, prawns, bay scallops and botarga

spit roasted suckling pig, anson mills white polenta, poggio garden cavolo nero
Pairing: Piede Franco, Calasetta, Carignano del Sulcis,  2009
DOLCE:
