diningExecutive Chef Chris Jones of Gaspar Brasserie, one of San Francisco’s newest destinations for approachable French Brasserie fare, craft cocktails and stunning interior design located in the heart of the city’s Financial district, is thrilled to introduce a new prix fixe Market Lunch featuring the freshest ingredients from his weekly shopping at the local farmer’s market.  The two-course menu highlights produce from the CUESA Farmer’s Market at the San Francisco Ferry Plaza and the Thursday market at Crocker Galleria, located just around the corner from Gaspar, and will also include a sweet treat to take away. This menu, priced at $25 per person, will be available  Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in addition to the regular lunch menu. Inspired by ingredients at the peak of their season, Chef Jones will update the offerings each week, ensuring the dishes showcase only the ripest, farm-to-table fare available.  Guests interested in knowing each week’s menu can find details every Monday on Gaspar’s Facebook page here.

Located at 185 Sutter Street (at Kearny) in San Francisco,  Gaspar Brasserie is the fourth restaurant in Franck LeClerc’s already impressive collection including Café Claude, Gitane and Claudine. Reminiscent of a luxe Parisian brasserie with modern mid-20th century flair, the Gaspar space is one of allure and intrigue, transporting guests to a time long past with the flavor and style of a classic French locale with a creatively avant-garde twist centered on extraordinary food, drink, and hospitality.
