Burritt Room + Tavern’s Aperitif Cocktail Competition

IMG_9446Join Burritt Room + Tavern for an Aperitif Cocktail Competition as part of their quarterly “Flights + Bites” series. On Sunday, July 26, 2015 Burritt Room Bar Manager Josh Trabulsi welcomes Bar Stars Mo Hodges of Benjamin Cooper, Kinson Lau of Alchemist, Carlo Splendorini of PABU, Eric Giardina of Devil’s Acre, and Summer Jane Bell of Suerte Tequila for a friendly face-off with Carpano Vermouths.

Burritt Tavern Chef Luke Knox and former AQ Chef de Cuisine and guest chef James Wong will offer a selection of bites to savor while tasting the cocktail flights as prepared by the guest bartenders. Guests will also be invited to vote on their favorite concoction of the evening and the winner will be awarded the “People’s Choice” Award.
