Join Joanne Weir at Copita for 9/29 Agave Girls & Book Signing
Copita, a modern Mexican restaurant and tequila bar that offers over 120 different tequilas, has announced its fall return for the popular Agave Girl series. On September 29, the restaurant, located in the heart of beautiful Sausalito, will host tequila sponsor, Clase Azul, for a special evening of friendship and delicious fun. Featuring pairings with recipes from co-owner Joanne Weir’s newly released book, Kitchen Gypsy, a memoir with recipes and stories from her lifetime romance with food.
Begin the evening with cocktails, courtesy of Clase Azul tequila and appetizers followed by a four-course dinner featuring recipes from Kitchen Gypsy. RSVP now and receive a signed copy of Kitchen Gypsy for a 40% discount, only $20.

Who: Copita Tequileria y Comida is a seasonal modern Mexican restaurant and tequila bar located in the heart of Sausalito, that was created by Joanne Weir, Maestra de Cocina/Co-Owner, and Larry Mindel, legendary restaurateur and Co-Owner. The seasonal menu features an assortment of small plates, tacos, larger dishes and ceviche. The menu is 100% gluten-free and features fresh, local ingredients. In September of 2006, Joanne Weir fell madly and hopelessly in love with tequila. Fueled by this realization, she created Agave Girls, a group for women who appreciate tequila.
