Luxe Brunch Options at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley’s Quattro Restaurant

Sundays in the South Bay just got a bit sweeter with the deluxe new brunch options debuting November 1, 2015 at Quattro Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. Under the sure hand of Executive Chef Marco Fossati, traditional Italian recipes are transformed into modern culinary masterpieces while in-season, locally farmed ingredients ensure that freshness is always on the table.

Thirsty? The bottomless prosecco is just the right start to a lavish brunch menu that features pork belly benedict, coffee and lemongrass butter-poached Maine lobster, lemon ricotta pancakes or house favorite, chicken and waffles. Specialty cocktails include sparkling elderflower lemonade, Pamplemousse and the always classic Q Bloody Mary.

Bring a few friends (four or more guests) and join the newly formed Quattro Brunch Club. For $26, Brunch Club diners will receive the aforementioned bottomless prosecco, choice of appetizer, choice of entrée and unlimited trips to the dessert buffet (showcasing Quattro’s exquisite array of house-baked pastries).
