flour + water’s 7th Birthday Celebration Week (May 9-14) Features 7-Course Pasta Tasting Menu

Starting Monday, May 9 and running until May 14, 2016, San Francisco’s award-winning restaurant flour + water is celebrating its 7th year with a “favorites of flour + water“ pasta tasting menu priced at $70 per guest and a special off-menu late night dish available every night starting at 9:30 p.m.

Next week only, flour + water is offering a seven-course pasta tasting menu, highlighting perennial favorites such as Squid Ink Corzetti with pork sausage and braised squidTortellini en Brodo, and Fennel Frond Pappardelle with rabbit ragout and lemon basil. In addition, Executive Chef Thomas McNaughton and Chef de Cuisine Evan Allumbaugh are collaborating with past and present flour + water talent on a series of exclusive late night dishes (one per night). The night’s special dish will be announced each day at 12:00 p.m. via flour + water’s Instagram and will be available starting at 9:30 p.m. Past and present chefs include Jon Darsky, Evan Allumbaugh, Kait Kelly, and Ne Timeas Restaurant Group’s own Ryan Pollnow of Aatxe. Thomas McNaughton will close out the week with a special dish on May 14.

Seven-course pasta tasting menu for $70.00 with optional wine pairing available for an additional $50.00 per guest; a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Mission’s John O’Connell High School.
