Executive Chef Arnold Wong from E&O Trading Co. will be participating in Studio Gourmet on March 27, 2012.  Held at Circolo, Arnold will be doing a cooking demo showcasing Shitake Mushroom Dumplings for guests to enjoy, followed by a live interview.  After the interview, guests are invited to a cocktail reception with light bites and beer and wine.  The evening begins at 5:30pm and is priced at $50.
