Beer Pairing Dinner With Monk’s Kettle and Great Divide Brewing Company

Monk’s Kettle is offering a Beer Pairing dinner on May 21 at 6:00 p.m. with Great Divide Brewing Company (based on Denver Colorado), featuring a 5-course menu featuring 6 brews not normally available in the Bay Area market: Hades-Belgian Style Golden, Colette Farmhouse Ale, Hoss Rye Lager, 18th Anniversary Wood Aged Double IPA, Yeti Imperial Stout, and Titan India Pale Ale. Chef Adam Dulye’s special paired dishes will include Roasted Spring Root Vegetables with sweet pea brandade and lemon, Roast and Confit of Game Hen with fresh shell bean cassoulet and cured egg yolk, Oyster Shell Hot Smoked Local Salmon with Asparagus, black truffle and potato gratin and Hop Sugared Pretzel Donuts, white chocolate, candied orange preserve(full menu is attached.)
