“San Francisco is the leading U.S. market for the craft spirits movement,” said event producer and Firewater Partners CEO, Cornelius Geary. “Craft spirits are a juggernaut; there is a huge groundswell of interest and it’s visible in the marketplace, with the rise of new ultra-premium brands and dozens of new distilleries, seasoned mixologists and a new wave of media focusing on craft spirits. We saw that this was the perfect time and place to put on this type of event.”
