Boxing Room’s Crispin Cider Dinner

Boxing Room (www.boxingroom.com) is offering on Tuesday, January 22nd a hard cider dinner in conjunction with Crispin Cider. The four-course dinner, complete with pairings, is priced at $55 per person and the menu will be offered all night in addition to the regular dinner menu.

Crispin Cider is proud to participate in the inaugural Boxing Room Beer Tuesdays, in which Boxing Room will offer beer tastings and paired dinners on the third Tuesday of every month.

Lamb Crepinette with yukon-gold potatoes, sauerkraut, and cider jus

Chicory-Coffee-Rubbed Pork Shoulder with sweet-potato purée, collard greens, and molasses
Lansdowne artisanal reserve cider, irish stout yeast, organic molasses 6.9%

Apple-Cider Doughnuts with apple caramel
Bird on a Wire bourbon barrel-aged cider, tupelo honey 6.9%

About Crispin

Crispin cider is made locally in Colfax, California, and uses fresh-pressed juice in the fermentation of its ciders. Boxing Room will sample the versatility and uniqueness of Crispin, with offerings from the Blue Line, English Import, Unfiltered Artisanal, and Limited-Release Barrel-Aged Ciders.
