Skylark Wine Company Dinner at Prospect

Prospect restaurant, the sister restaurant to San Francisco’s Boulevard, will be hosting a wine dinner with Skylark Wine Company , a collaboration between Boulevard Restaurant Wine Directors John Lancaster and Robert Perkins.  The menu will feature Dungeness Crab and Main Diver Scallops with burnt orange and fennel, and McCormick Ranch Goat Tasting with nettle cavatelli, fresh morel mushrooms and spring onion soubise natural jus.
