HALL Wines Hosts a Summer-Themed Food & Wine Pairing Class on Saturday, July 20, 2013

HALL Wines invites guests to join them for an afternoon of wine pairing fun at their beautiful winery in St. Helena on Saturday, July 20, 2013. Associate Visitor Center Manager Todd Kerlin will demonstrate how the 2012 HALL “T Bar T” Sauvignon Blanc compliments a recipe for Creamy Corn Soup with garam masala, kaffir lime and macadamia nuts, showing how food can enhance the wine tasting experience. He will then discuss why the flavors meld beautifully with the wines and answer questions on how to best create pairings at home. A recipe card will be offered to guests to bring home.
