SPQR Celebrates Australian Truffle Season with Special Limited-Time-Only Tasting Menu

In celebration of Australian truffle season, SPQR has teamed up with Frank Brunacci of The Truffle & Wine Co., the largest producer of Australian truffles, to offer a special five-course tasting menu Tuesday through Saturday evenings, available now through the end of August. The tasting menu is $108 per person with optional wine pairings for $62 per person curated by Wine Director/Owner Shelley Lindgren. These “black diamonds” are unearthed from late May through August in Manjimup, Western Australia and are showcased by award-winning Chef Matthew Accarrino in this seasonal menu. Nearly one-third The Truffle & Wine Co. T.melanosporum black truffles (known in Europe as the Périgord black truffle) make its way into the hands of acclaimed U.S. chefs.

The Truffle & Wine Co. farm is the largest single producer of the T.melanosporum truffle in the World.
