Perbacco Ristorante + Bar Announces Piedmont Wine Dinner with Gaja Winery

Perbacco Ristorante + Bar is pleased to announce an intimate wine dinner featuring the legendary Italian wine producer, Angelo Gaja Winery, from the heart of Italy’s renowned Piedmont region. Headquartered on a quiet street in Barbaresco, Gaja Winery continues to produce wines exclusively from grapes grown in their vineyard including 250 acres in the Barbaresco and Barolo districts. President and owner of the Gaja Winery, Angelo Gaja, and daughter Gaia Gaja, take pride in their family’s rich winemaking heritage and take artisanal approaches in producing high quality wines.

This exclusive dinner will be held on Monday, March 9, 2015 in their quaint Barbaresco Room and is a unique and rare opportunity for wine lovers and enthusiasts to taste their beloved, impeccable wines. The evening will commence at 6:00 p.m. with a reception serving hors d’oeuvres and Nino Franco Prosecco Rustico, followed by a four-course dinner at 6:45 p.m. prepared by Executive Chef Staffan Terje of Perbacco. This special evening is available to a limited number of guests for $365 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
